"Campo y Lumbre" is the name of a farm Casona dating from the nineteenth century in which their owners have taken great care and effort to make this accommodation a unique, warm and full of all that we seek abode privacy and rest.
When you are looking for tranquility, disconnect or otherwise enjoy other activities there is a place where "you choose to do." This is the slogan that Luis, the owner of the mansion and Farm Campo y Lumbre has a good show to all who choose to approach your rural property.
At the foot of the Montes Torozos between Castle Tiedra (Valladolid) and the refurbished Castle Villalonso (Zamora) is La Casona Farm "Field and Hearth", within the town of Benafarces.
It is a small, picturesque village of Valladolid plateau, 30 km. Tordesillas (Valladolid) and 12 km. Toro (Zamora).
The population is preferably engaged in agricultural tasks and still retains much of the charm of rural cuisine along with the scenery and tranquility of the countryside.
La Casona "Campo y Lumbre" retains the typical structure of the plateau with stone friezes, topped by adobe mud brick and tile. Inside all ceilings are wooden plank. Its construction dates from the early nineteenth century, although in the last decade has undergone a thorough improvement adapting to current needs, without losing its original charm.
