SOURCE PAVÍA is an old farm house located in the village of village of Caballar (Segovia), restored in 2011. The restoration has been done retaining the rustic charm and using natural materials such as stone, wood, clay tiles in flooring and hand made ??and painted in craft workshops. Moreover, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal as an energy medium that allows us to obtain hot water and heating via underfloor heating throughout the house, in order to achieve a sustainable balance with the environment . The Source of Pavia invites peace, tranquility and serenity of your visitors.

Accommodation description

The house is for rent Complete and fully independent . It sleeps 6 people and has :

2 double rooms on the first floor ( ensuite bathroom , with bath).

1 double room on the ground floor

3 bathrooms, 2 with bath ( upstairs ) and one with shower ( downstairs ) . Hairdryer.

KITCHEN , ground floor , equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven , washing machine , dishwasher , microwave, refrigerator , hood and small appliances ( blender , toaster, juicer ) . Crockery , glassware (glasses , wine glasses etc) , cutlery and kitchenware.

PLAYGROUND , has a collection of board games and books.

The lounge has television ( flat screen and USB port) , DVD ( with USB port) , fireplace, WIFI (free) and dining area.

OTHER USEFUL 

THE HEATING AND HOT WATER, is produced by geothermal energy, which is the latest in renewable energy.
